This company re-subdivided the out - lotts indicated on the 1783 Alexander Hite survey of the town of Strasburg.  The Hite survey designated the out lotts as being approximately five acres.  The Strasburg Land and Improvement Company's re survey divided these parcels into 50 by 125 foot lots.   Alexander Hite's 1783 plate of the Town of Strasburg
